Banks Face "New World Order"

advertisement

Business or politics ... Politics or business? ... It's one and the same and has been all along.

It would appear that conspiracy theorists--whether the concepts are Skull and Bones or The Illuminati are watching the predicted scenarios tragically unfold before their eyes.

Considering the way world events are evolving, the "hysterics" seem to be based more in fact than paranoia but would/could the perps of this debacle ever be stopped?

Especially since 9/11, it became one runaway train. For me and many like me, one look in the eyes of Bush/Bushofiles always betrayed the despicable lie.

The red states continued to prosthelitize "my country right or wrong" instead of questioning the ethics and loss of privacy and increasing gas prices and frightening fluctuation in mortgage prices, somehow never making the connection.

A clear sign of such ignorance was when national concern about the war switched to concern about the economy--as if the two weren't at all related. Most of Middle America--who, not surprisingly, heavily populate the red states that elected the present administration--are now so immersed in their own personal financial struggles that they are too exhausted to stand up for their rights and make their demands to stem the bleeding--even if it were possible to do so. Instead, they eagerly await their tax rebates as if it were given money. Ask them if they realize they are simply borrowing on next year's tax return. Most of them will just return a blank stare.

Ignorance is no excuse and we all are suffering on one level or another for letting ourselves be blinded by the blight--the smoke and mirrors--that have been the Bush years.

The saddest part is: The headaches have only begun and bread lines seem more like a probability than a possibility. God save us all.

Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

Am I the only one is getting incredibly spooked by where the country is headng? It would have been more comforting had Bear Stearns acquired JP Morgan Chase (yeah, sure, like that is even possible) ... but it falls in line with so many conspiracy theories I've heard over time.
